Duncan is a Creative Director specialising in commercials, title sequences and content for Film and TV.  He has worked at studios in Sydney, London, NY and LA, and has been working at Elastic as a CD for the past 6 years.

He’s equally comfortable creating premium content for high-end brands as he is producing bespoke art films and title sequences. His goal is always to create finely crafted stories that provoke an emotional response that belong to that brand or show.

Mikaela’s work typically depicts thriving & abundant bio-digital environments where technology & the natural world exist harmoniously. By marrying familiar biomorphic forms with imagined environments, her digitally rendered work creates scenes without limits.

Working across 3D motion design, art direction and digital art installations, the studio collaborates with leading brands and agencies to craft visual narratives in the fields of lifestyle, culture and research.

Supriya is a UTS Visual Communications alumni with 9 years experience working in the motion industry. She currently works at the award winning, Never Sit Still, as a Senior Motion Designer. She specialises in high end commercial motion graphics with a broad skill set that ranges from animation to illustration, compositing and art direction. Her main focus across the board is great design and delighting her clients and their audiences.

Conlan Normington is a senior motion designer at FutureDeluxe Australia, currently working remotely from Ocean Grove on Wadawurrung Country. At FutureDeluxe, Conlan works with a talented team of design misfits, applying his brand lens to the studio's focus on experimentation.

Conlan’s 10 years experience as a designer and animator has been spent honing his focus on brand animation while both full-time and freelance across Australia, Canada and the UK with a constant dose of experimentation through his title sequences and music videos.

Tracey Taylor works at the intersection of art and technology, and has delivered a vast array of complex, immersive projects around the globe.

Tracey embraces the opportunity to create using a variety of AI tools, both at VANDAL and in her own artistic practice, as a “meta” artist.

At VANDAL Tracey leads a talented team of new media artists creating digital artworks and immersive experiences for blue-chip brands, leading agencies and forward-thinking commercial clients.
